Spardie 45-Day Return and Exchange Policy
Spardie Golf is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it hassle-free.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility Period:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Process for Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@spardie.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@spardiegolf.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, sale items, and personalized products. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds are available only for the cost of returned products and do not include shipping fees.
Full-priced items purchased as part of an order with a free or discounted item cannot be returned unless the free or discounted item is also returned. In such cases, full-priced items are eligible only for exchange or store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at hello@spardie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
